How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders of available merchandise will usually ship via UPS within 24-48 hours unless the item ordered is on back-order. In the event a particular item is on backorder, is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the options.
Can I get my order rushed to me sooner?

Can I order an item as a gift to be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes! SilverJudaica.com can ship the item directly to the gift recipient. When checking out, please make sure you check the box labeled “This will be shipped to a different address“, found at the bottom of the page where you enter all of the billing information. On the following screen, you will be prompted to enter all of the shipping information. You can also include a note to the gift recipient.
I need to upgrade shipping, is that possible?
Yes, it usually is. Email Customer Support with your order number or your zip code and a list of the items of interest and we will respond with exact shipping quotes for quicker delivery.
What is the procedure for an international order?
Just place the order. We will get back to you the same or next business day with an exact shipping cost. You will then have the option of accepting or voiding the order. We will require a faxed copy of the credit card used for any order being shipped outside the United States.
Are there extra shipping surcharges (aside from the regular shipping charges mentioned at time of ordering) for large or heavy items, such as Wine Fountains or Seder Plates?
Unless mentioned in the item description, there are no extra shipping surcharges.
